Nobody Puts Baby in a Corner: Dirty Dancing Screening July 18th

As schools are letting out and finals are finishing up, we are getting ready with our summer programing! On Saturday, July 18th at 7:00 PM at The Historic DeSoto Theatre we will be showing a film in our Family Fun series, presented by Toles, Temple & Wright, Dirty Dancing!

This classic 1987 movie features Jennifer Gray and Patrick Swayze as Frances "Baby" Houseman and Johnny Castle. Set at a sleepy Catskills resort, Baby is spending the summer with her family before she enters the Peace Corps. While at the camp, she gets pulled into a world of dance by Johnny who needs a new partner. Baby's father forbids her from seeing Johnny, but she's determined to help him perform the last big dance of the summer. (Forbidden summer love? Count us in.)
